I'm a Life Coach trained and certified in Professional Coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Timeline coaching and I am a member of the Association of Professional Coaching. I want to help you if you need clarity on any aspect of your life journey, or if you are feeling a bit lost or unsure of your true purpose in life.
I specialise in working with women over 40 living with anxiety and/or stress who want to reclaim their motivation and zest for life.
Using values based coaching and working collaboratively we would go through each area of your life to identify and refine your goals in each area. We would then devise a clear, step by step action plan of how you will realise these goals. Whilst devising these plans we will explore any potential obstacles and find ways of overcoming these obstacles.
Exploring these important areas of your life and making positive changes will create balance in your life and therefore reduce your anxiety and/or stress and renew your motivation and enjoyment in life.
If you're looking for a coach to work with you on overcoming life's hurdles or to assist you in reaching your goals then you're in the right place as I offer positive, goal-oriented, empathic and collaborative coaching. I've faced many of life's hurdles on my journey including suffering with my mental health, divorce, lone parenthood, domestic abuse and more. Despite all of this I am still here and stronger for all of these challenges and I now want to use my own life experiences and natural empathy to help and assist you with your own goals or challenges, whatever they may be.

Swish Pattern: Visualizing swapping a bad habit or thought with a good habit or thought to help you change.
Meta-Model: Asking questions to understand someone's meaning more clearly.
